What your agent does

Four jobs your AI agent takes off your plate

You train it in the sessions on practice clients from your field, then point it at your own business.

Your agent · ready for your OKHi Kim, 418 Maple is still available! Are you hoping to move in the next 3 months, and have you spoken with a lender yet?
Speed to lead

A new lead arrives at 9:42 PM. Your agent drafts a reply in your voice within minutes, asks two qualifying questions and flags the hot ones for you.

Follow-up that keeps going

Every lead gets a follow-up plan that fits who they are, and it stops the moment they reply, book a call or opt out.

A week of content

From this week's listings, rates or offers and your clients' common questions, your agent drafts a week of posts, an email and video scripts in one sitting.

Past clients come back

Your agent keeps every past client in touch: milestones, anniversaries, renewals, check-ins and a well-timed ask for a review or referral.

Behind every card is one skill: turn your work into clear jobs, give each job to your agent with rules and examples, and check the result.

Starter kit for your field

Built for the way you work

Your starter kit comes with practice clients, message examples and the rules of your field, so your agent is useful from the first week.

Why an AI agent

Clients hire the one who answers first, and come back to the one who stays in touch

In real estate, 47% of buyers hire the first agent they speak with, and 79% of repeat buyers would consider their past agent again, yet only 13% hire them again (Zillow, December 2025).

An AI agent is more than a chatbot. It has a job, works on a schedule, uses your files and checks its own work. You train it once, it keeps working, and your time goes to the people in front of you.

"I trained the AI agents that run sales and marketing at WideCast. In four weeks, you'll have an agent working for your business, the way mine work for me."

Questions

What professionals ask

Getting started

  • Do I need coding or tech skills?

No coding / no tech skills needed. You train your agent in plain English: instructions, examples and tests. Knowing how to use a computer is enough.

  • What do I need?

A Mac or Windows computer and a ChatGPT account on the Plus plan (about $20/month). Your agent runs in Codex, inside the ChatGPT desktop app.

  • How much time per week?

Two live sessions of 90 minutes, 3 hours a week, for 4 weeks. Everything you build in a session is ready to use the same day.

  • What if I miss a session?

Switch a session to another time up to 2 hours before it starts. Missed one? Catch up in a later session, and every session is recorded to watch again.

Your business

  • Will it work for my field?

The course has starter kits for real estate, mortgage, insurance and service businesses. The method is the same for any business that answers leads and serves clients.

  • Does it work with my CRM?

Your agent reads and writes CSV files, the format CRMs use for export and import, so your leads come in and your notes go back with a few clicks.

  • Will it sound like me?

In session 2 your agent learns your voice from your own past messages, and every draft is checked against your examples.

  • Can a teammate use it?

Yes. In the last session you separate the agent from your data and set up a copy for a teammate or a second market.

Trust

  • Is my clients' data safe?

Session work uses practice clients. In session 1 you switch off model training in your ChatGPT settings, and you learn exactly which details always stay out of AI tools, such as Social Security and account numbers.

  • Does it send messages on its own?

You approve before anything is sent. Your agent drafts on its own schedule, such as a lead check every morning, and you send with one click once the draft looks right.

The sessions

  • Can I take the course in Vietnamese?

Yes. You choose the language you hear in the sessions, English or Vietnamese, with subtitles, and session chat is translated too. Course materials are in English, and your agent writes to your clients in whichever language you choose.

  • Who teaches?

Binh Nguyen teaches every session live, in small groups of 10, with help one question away during practice.

  • Is there a certificate?

Yes: a certificate of completion, plus the agent, tests and 90-day plan you built.
